In the wrong job

The staff at Muxton Post Office clearly don't enjoy their job - why else would they be consistently miserable? Fair enough, I wouldn't want to do my job with a fixed smile all day but they are not even helpful; they are abrupt almost to the point of rudeness. Like the other reviewer I'd recommend using a different post office.

Worst Post Office

Congratulations to Muxton Post Office as they have the worst customer service/people skills that I have ever experienced. Apart form lacking in basic smiley faces and humour the couple that work there will not help you if it means going out of their way. Any queries are met by a frown, mumble and a groan! I now avoid this post office and go to Trench as do many people that I know. Shame.
