Agressive attitude

I asked for a quote to remove my garage roof. The 'gentleman' that came out had been drinking as you could smell it on him. He proceeded to take a worrying interest in my 17 year old daughter, saying one of his daughters was a little older and he thought they were brilliant at that age. When i said the price seemed a little high, he became agititated and said he doesnt like people who waste his time!! I would reccommend customer service training and a no drug/alcohol policy.
