Does timber windows and conservatories increase the valve of your property

I believe it does. We have noticed that the windows and conservatories we have fitted over twenty years is still looking good and particuler the oak. It cure to a beautiful colour and if it was not covered with paint when it was installed, the natural colour is just amazing. But of course, you can't leave it untreated on the outside, the acid in the rain and snow makes it go black or pale. But there are such amazing protection for wood nowadays without covering the beauty entirely. Its worth taking the time in deciding. And the durability of timber is also a considered investment factor. Of course its not cheap compare with the populer pvc. But its fair to rember you get what you pay for.
